there is no exception. Since his graduation from the University and Munich
in 1987, Dr. Weller has advanced his educational studies into the field of
hypnosis, homeopathy and
orthomolecular
medicine. His gentle manner
with clients comes naturally, as well it should considering the
Study of Dentistry has been part of his personal family history for generations.
His compassionate and caring nature only further strengthens his
qualifications as a certified instructor and advisor. He founded
Praxis Weller in 1990 and has always maintained the high standard that
the quality of the clinic is more important than the size.
With this as his goal he assembled a team around him qualified
to be the best in whatever their expertise may be. A positive and
fun atmosphere are his proponents to achieve the high standards he
has set for himself and his team. Dr. Weller's loyalty towards his
clinic is only superseded by his dedication for family, friends and
activities with them. He enjoys the fullness of life whether this be
sitting with his dog 'Mitch' or flying above the Austrian mountains.

Angie Baudrexl, Chief Office Administrator
After studing in Gymnasium until 1988, Angie continued her studies by diversifying
into other fields such as Restaurant Business Management and Dentistry.
She has been part of Dr. Weller's team since January 2006. Her well rounded
educational background and 20 years experience has molded Angie into
the professional multi-task manager she is today. Whether your first contact
with Praxis Weller is by phone or walking through the front door, you will
be greeted by Angie and her friendly and helpful front office staff.
Upon welcoming you to the clinic, she will answer any questions and diligently
address all your concerns. She will organise an appointment which best suits
your needs and time restraints. Working in a dental practise and meeting new
people gives her the opportunity to speak English. Angie enjoys the
social atmosphere of the clinic and after work during the summer rides her
bike and spends time with friends in the local beergardens of Munich.

Diana Beyer, Dental Assistant
Diana first began her training to be a Dental Assistant in 1997. Upon completion
of these studies in 2000 she began working as a member of the Praxis Weller team.
Diana has a pleasant personality which collaborates well with her colleagues
and patients. Being the mother of a little boy gives her the extra benefit
of understanding the needs of our youngest visitors. She enjoys answering the questions
you may have concerning your dental proceedings and can speak both Russian and
English. She is excited about her new house building project.

Lisa Camen, Administrative Assistant
Lisa works in harmony with Angie regarding administrative responsibilities.
She, like all members of Praxis Weller, enjoys the direct contact with our
visitors. This is a positive experience for both Lisa and our clients.
Her professional educational background is in Psychology. After graduation
in 2008 her activities have included gaining experience in this field.
At times she has even continued this education abroad in Dubai. She is
presently busy with her goal of achieving a Doctorate of Psychology.
Her activities outside of the office not only include listening to audio
books but exercises in both physical and mental fitness.

Nicole Mehner, Dental Assistant
Nicole began her dental education at the Berufsschule für Zahnmedizinische
Fachangestellte. She has worked at Praxis Weller since 2001 specialising in
various orthodontic procedures, including implant surgeries. This ambitious
dental assistant enjoys the comradery and positive atmosphere found in this
clinic. She also has a natural ability to comfort clients who may have
difficulty being able to relax. Nicole does this by clearly explaining what the
client can expect before, during and after the procedure. She enjoys learning
to speak English and hopes to continue her education in the dental field.

Claudia Pelzer, Dental Assistant Trainee
Claudia's educational background originated with her study of Economics. Upon
the completion of this study, she began her training as a dental assistant in
September 2004 for Praxis Weller. Her goal is to have this educational
time period fulfilled by the end of January next year. Her present duties
consists of equipment maintenance and preparations for dental proceedings. She
enjoys learning and meeting people from foreign countries. Her positive nature
makes her a helpful assistant to the staff of the clinic.

Joachim Muschalik, Dentist
Mr. Muschalik finished his study of Dental Medicine in 1959 at the University
of Munich. He founded Praxis Muschalik in 1961 and his clinic ran until 1998.
He specialises in the orthopedic and implantation fields of dental work.
His enjoyment of the World of Dentistry is a never ending study.
The dental innovations and methods are always an ongoing process which he is
enthusiastic to read about and learn from. Mr. Muschalik
now works part time at the Praxis Weller and has loyal clients who have
been dedicated to his service for many years. Together with his Dental
Assistant Doris, his wife of 46 years, they promote a very relaxed
atmosphere which helps the clients adjust to dental procedures.

Doris Muschalik, Dental Assistant
Commonly referred to as the "Right arm of Mr. Muschalik", Doris is actually
a professional photographer by trade. She began in 1988 helping her husband
as his dental assistant and found that they were a great team. She continues
photography as a hobby from the studio they have at home. Her patience and good
humor are a vital part to the successes she has had both within and outside
Praxis Weller. Mrs. Muschalik has a background in speaking
English as well as French and is happy to address questions you may have.
She and her husband are experienced scuba divers having visited many
destinations throughout the world. On one such dive trip they were lucky
survivors of Hurricane Andrew which hit the Bahamas in 1992.

Bernd Maier, Master Dental Technician
Since his graduation in 1982 from the
Geschwister-Scholl Institut der Universität München, Mr Maier
has continued his dental education and received his Master's Degree as a
Dental Technician in 2000. His compassion for his work has benefited
thousands of people. For the last six years the clients of Praxis Weller
have been the benefactors of his high quality ceramic and gold dental
work productions. His lab is located on the premises of the clinic,
thus, saving time and increasing personal contact with those who
seek his help. Mr Maier finds that when speaking with the people
he gains the most important information as for the best solution for
the individual. His greatest gratification comes from direct contact
with the people and seeing the outcome of his efforts helping them.
After he has spent the day perfecting his clients customized dental
work he enjoys an evening playing his drums or reading a good book.

Nadine Seltmann, Dental Assistant Trainee
Nadine is the newest member of the Praxis Weller team. Upon completion
of her secondary schooling she began to explore future professions of
interest. She now enjoys assisting her co-workers with maintenance
and organisational techniques in preparation for each patient. Her
goal is to complete this three year on-the-job training course and
then to decide the next step of her academic future. When Nadine
is not busy assisting the members of her team in the office, she enjoys
sketching. She describes herself as an outdoors person,
who is always on the go!
